1.1 Information you provide directly

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, and mailing address.
• Project information: brand assets, footage, scripts, thumbnails, episode descriptions, and creative direction shared when scoping a project.
• Billing information: billing name, address, and payment details, processed through MorganMade's third-party payment processor (see Section 5).
• Communications: emails, call notes, and messages exchanged with MorganMade regarding your project.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Standard web analytics such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via cookies or similar technologies.
• Form submission data if you contact MorganMade through a website form.

1.3 Footage and content you supply for production work

Clients may share raw footage, audio, images, or other media ("Project Content"), which may itself contain personal information about third parties (for example, individuals appearing in event, sermon, or interview footage). MorganMade processes this content solely to deliver the services requested and does not use it for any other purpose without the client's consent.

MorganMade uses the personal information it collects to:

• Provide, operate, and deliver MorganMade's video production, editing, thumbnail, and related services.
• Communicate with you about your project, including scoping calls, revisions, and delivery.
• Process payments and manage billing, including recurring retainer billing.
• Coordinate with a trusted editor solely as needed to fulfill a project.
• Improve MorganMade's services, website, and client onboarding process.
• Send administrative updates and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing communications.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

MorganMade does not sell personal information, and does not use client Project Content for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client has given explicit permission.

MorganMade collects and uses personal information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, or where necessary for MorganMade's legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and business administration. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting MorganMade at business@MorganMade.co.

MorganMade discloses personal information only as follows:

• Editors and production partners: MorganMade shares the minimum footage and project information necessary for an editor to complete a specific deliverable. Editors engaged by MorganMade are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure expectations.
• Service providers: third parties that support MorganMade's operations, such as payment processing (Stripe), accounting software, file transfer and storage tools, email, and scheduling platforms, authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to MorganMade.
• Legal requirements: where disclosure is required to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MorganMade, MorganMade's clients, or others.
• Business transfers: personal information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

MorganMade does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. MorganMade does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Site.

MorganMade retains personal information and Project Content for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including the duration of any active retainer or project, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and archival purposes. Raw footage and project files are retained only as long as reasonably needed, after which they may be deleted or returned at the client's request.

MorganMade takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information and Project Content against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including restricting footage access to the editor assigned to a given project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and MorganMade cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information MorganMade holds about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent to certain uses of your information.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded portfolio content (for example, hosted video players). MorganMade is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

MorganMade's services are directed at businesses and organizations, not children. MorganMade does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.

MorganMade is based in Canada; personal information is generally processed and stored in Canada or by service providers that may operate internationally (including the United States). Cross-border transfers may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

MorganMade may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active clients where appropriate.
