1.2 Information collected automatically

• Standard web analytics such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via cookies or similar technologies.
• Form submission data if you contact us through a website form.

1.3 Footage and content you supply for production work

Clients may share raw footage, audio, images, or other media ("Project Content"), which may itself contain personal information about third parties (for example, individuals appearing in event, sermon, or interview footage). We process this content solely to deliver the services requested and do not use it for any other purpose without the client's consent.

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and deliver our video production, editing, thumbnail, and related services.
• Communicate with you about your project, including scoping calls, revisions, and delivery.
• Process payments and manage billing, including recurring retainer billing.
• Coordinate with contracted editors solely as needed to fulfill your project.
• Improve our services, website, and client onboarding process.
• Send administrative updates and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing communications.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client Project Content for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client has given explicit permission.

We collect and use personal information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, or where necessary for our legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and business administration. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us at business@MorganMade.co.

We disclose personal information only as follows:

• Contracted editors and production partners: we share the minimum footage and project information necessary for a vetted editor to complete a specific deliverable. Editors engaged by Morgan Made are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure expectations.
• Service providers: third parties that support our operations, such as payment processing (Stripe), accounting software, file transfer and storage tools, email, and scheduling platforms, authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements: where disclosure is required to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Morgan Made, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: personal information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Morgan Made does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Site.

We retain personal information and Project Content for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including the duration of any active retainer or project, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and archival purposes. Raw footage and project files are retained only as long as reasonably needed, after which they may be deleted or returned at the client's request.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information and Project Content against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including restricting footage access to the editors assigned to a given project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent to certain uses of your information.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
